The mattress is very soft, the pillows are 4 and big, sleeping is comfortable and the body feels relaxed. The swimming pool is nice with a nice view, but unfortunately the pool's operating hours are only until 6 pm and after 6 pm, the pool area is closed, even though it's good for hanging out at night even if not for swimming. The hotel staff is friendly, but unfortunately the hotel contact number listed in the apps and on google, when contacted, everything is difficult, the WhatsApp response is slow (this is when I want to confirm a room reservation after ordering on the app and when I want to ask about deposits etc.). My stay was generally pleasant, but there are a few things I hope the hotel can improve. The hair dryer in my room often stopped working, and even after calling several times, the issue was not resolved. On my last day, before check-out, I had to leave with wet hair as the service did not come. Additionally, I found the balcony access procedure quite inconvenient. Guests are required to sign a statement to open it, and there is no proper lock available for us. The explanation given was about insects, but being on the 17th floor, I find it less reasonable. It felt more likely related to safety or security concerns, considering how close the balconies are between rooms. It’s a pity, because the view from the balcony is actually very beautiful and would enhance the guest experience. I hope the management can consider improving these points, as the potential of this hotel is really wonderful.
