The location is excellent. We had the superior room, and it was very small; we could not keep our luggage open or empty it anywhere. There is a desk in the room, but there is no space to pull up the chair between the desk and the bed. The water that was inside the glass bottle in the room tasted like tap water. We threw it away, and it was never refilled. We drank water from the minibar; there was only one small bottle of natural water, which was also never refilled. We also ran out of soap in the shower. This is the type of hotel for a quick one or two-night stay.

Front desk staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Room was clean and well-stocked. Cute little hotel right in the heart of the city!

Great location, close to the centre of Florence and the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was lovely. There is a cellar with wine vending machine which is a really nice place to relax with friends. Will definitely stay again.

Great staff, too small elevator but everything great

The staff was fantastic - helped us with some questions we had and suggested a great restaurant. Hotel was super conveniently located near lots of restaurants and was easy walk to major attractions. Would definitely book again. Loved the water fountain in the hotel so we could refill our water. Very clean also.

A wonderful boutique hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect. Will definitely return to this hotel if in Florence.

I love this hotel. I have stayed there twice in the last six months. It is perfectly located, the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is amazing. Excellent place for a lovely Florence visit!

Just the right size.

Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Room was clean and well equipped. Location was wonderful, a few blocks from pretty much everything. Next time in Florence we will stay again at The Frame.

Immaculate room condition, very friendly staff, great recommendations for food & such a good location.

The hotel itself is fine, but overall it did not meet my expectations. The breakfast was very limited and quite poor, although the lady working there was very kind and helpful. The elevator is extremely small, which can be inconvenient. Customer service was average, and for the price, I expected a better overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay at The FRAME. It has easy access to both the train station and the city center. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
