Great location, near beach, park, 10 minute walk to downtown. Parking is tricky but easy once you get used to it. Room and building felt safe but was in need of a good cleaning.

The apartment is very modern and functional. It is within walking distance of the main tourist sites and eateries are available in the vicinity.

The building looks old but the apartment is amazing renovated. It is 15 minutes walk to old town. It is a safe area to walk around and it is 8 minutes walk to the beach, which is by Park Hotel. I would surely rebook at this apartment again if i come back to visit Split

Great walking distance to the Old Town, shopping and restaurants. We managed to find street parking. Nicely renovated and shared laundry was a bonus with clothes line. The corners of the shower could use some bleach. Other than that highly recommended if you don’t mind stairs

Really lovely apartment. Easy to get in and out of town and to the beaches. Food options and supermarket nearby. Host leaves excellent instructions with pictures so easy to understand how everything works. Highly recommend

Clear check in instructions sent by property manager. Room was really clean, washing machine & clothes line available is a bonus whilst travelling. Highly recommend!

This is an apartment 3 in the back, overlooking a parking area. Free street parking is available. Very quiet. The apartment is small, a bedroom and dining room connected by a kitchen area. Nicely decorated, clean and nicely updated. A very restful stay. Close to downtown and Diocletian’s palace. Would recommend.

The apartment is in a wonderful location with parking space. Just 10 minutes walk to the old town. We are provided plenty of useful instructions including check in/out steps, parking and Spilt visiting guides. The room is clean and in good condition. Everything is just perfect.

Nice apartment. They communicated very well with me leading up to my stay. Place was very clean & was a great value for how nice it was. I’d stay here again if/when I return to Spliy.

The apartment it’s self was amazing in a great location close to the nearby beach. Jakov was also great providing valuable information about Split alongside offering effective communication throughout our stay. If I return to Split I will most definitely be booking this accommodation!

It is very convenient to check in. I did not see the owner but everything went smoothly. He left some homemade walnut liquor which is wonderful and tasty. I will definitely come back.

This apartment was wonderful! The owner was so friendly and took great care of us! Our car was towed the day we were set to leave (be careful where you park). We called the condo owner and he came right over! He took us to pick up our car and then to a bank to pay the ticket. He went above and beyond anything that we expected. Definitely appreciate him!

The owners of the flat were delightful and gave us a warm welcome, and letting us drop our bags early due to our flight times. They then gave us tips and tricks to go too and to eat and drink at. They were always on hand if we needed anything, not that we did due to the flat being perfect for our stay. The apartment is a hidden gem, 5 minutes from a sandy beach and 10 minutes from Splits main town.

Apartment was super nice but I did not love the area.. it was a little too far away from central old town split.
