Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was very quick and simple. There were multiple food options at the hotel and the food was generally very good - especially breakfast in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It's close to public transportation and easy walking to various landmarks.

Extremely comfortable bed albeit in a small room. Very close to Mansion House Tube Station (2 minutes walk) and St Pauls and Tower of London and Thames.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for three days, and we could not be happier with our choice. The hotel has exceptionally friendly staff, wonderfully decorated and comfortable rooms, excellent food, and a cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent - it is within walking distance from the St. Paul's cathedral, and Millennium bridge. We could easily walk from it to the Towers of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard, London Eye, etc. For destinations further away, we took the underground. Out of hundreds of hotels I have stayed in, this one is going to be in the top 5 in terms of quality. I would strongly recommend it for your next visit to London.

Happy with my stay. Clean room, friendly staff, quiet location. The AC stopped working late night and it can get quite hot until it started again. It might be the same for all hotels in London in the summer too.

Enjoyable stay, great location for exploring the east end of the city. Close to several tube stops. Deluxe Room was very comfortable, my only issue is the bathtub is quite high off the ground, so care is needed getting in and out. Perhaps converting some of these to showers only for those who don’t need a tub. Other than than, great stay.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The staff they were extremely friendly. The food was great both on the rooftop and on the ground floor. The hotel was in a very secluded private area of Central London and close to the underground train. It made going to different places in London very accessible due to the subway system and I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Central London!!

The hotel was lovely, although not what I was expecting from the description. Our room was called a suite but not really a suite in my opinion. Had an alcove, very narrow with a counter and a fridge plus two chairs and a small table next to the bed. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and breakfast downstairs was enjoyable as well. Staff were accommodating. Staying in downtown London was hectic kind of dirty and noisy and I would not stay in City of London again for that reason.
