Did not see a check in time when booking the property. During the communication for check in details, I stated I would be checking in at 2pm. It was then I was told check in was not until 4. There is an option for late check out, but not an option to pay for early check in. The building was also extremely busy at all hours if the day, with 1 of the 3 elevators out of order twice in 12 hours. The average wait time for an elevator was 10 mins, up or down. Other than these two minor inconveniences, the property was suitable. LOVED how secure the building and underground parking was. Overall, would book again.

Awesome place to stay. Very well located. Highly recommend.

The room was really nice. It had a washer and dryer and a wonderful view overlooking the city. It was a cozy place with a stove and full size fridge. The only negative things worth noting were how cold the room was. We couldn’t figure out why we couldn’t adjust the temperature. There was also no toilet paper for some reason. The owner was very meticulous about check in. I needed to provide a photo of me holding my passport, very unusual but I guess they’ve had issues with fake ID before. Otherwise it was very secure with a security guard downstairs in the lobby. Because it’s not a hotel you just have to be weary to throw you garbage out and put towels in the dryer. No big deal, normal for a b&b.

Location is conveniently placed in the city centre. The bath tub/shower drainage is quite poor and water level rises in the bath tub when you're showering. There are no bathroom mats.

Was an amazing apartment. Everything you need. Great location with store and entertainment in walking distance.

The apartment itself was nice and had everything we needed, but it took 1.5 hrs to figure out the parking, so we missed most of the show we came to see. Calling the number was absolutely useless. We couldn’t get into the parking garage, we couldn’t figure out where to park, we couldn’t get up to our floor (47) via the elevator…. Nothing was working and the woman answering the number couldn’t/wouldn’t give us any assistance whatsoever, she just kept saying to text in WhatsApp, but our msg were never answered there either. We ended up driving and walking around the area trying to find residents that could answer our questions. It was extremely frustrating.

Great price and great location - was hoping for basic amenities like shampoo/conditioner and body wash

The wasn’t quite. Not enough towels, the bed was dirty.

This property was mediocre at best. The extra blankets were badly stained and supposedly clean. Things were left in the dryer from cleaner. Sink is badly stained. Lighting in bathroom was so dim we couldn’t get ready in there. The lint trap in the dryer was so full. It was a fire hazard. And the kitchen appliances are very dated and dirty. I have photos of all of it but don’t see a place to upload them yet. The price is what drew us to this property. It was a great price, but the place left much to be desired.

Our biggest issue was the advertisement of this unit stated the main bedroom has a Queen bed. We selected this unit and compared them to other units with Queen size beds to fit 2 full size adults. When we got there the main bedroom had only a Double bed which is not what was advertised! Our 2nd adult had to sleep on the floor. Further there was no water in the kitchen sink and we wanted that addressed right away. They did not contact us until the end of Day2. The overall unit was clean and well located! But the overall experience was very negative because of the whole “bait-and-switch” with the main bedroom. We asked for a partial refund because Global-Stay mis-represented their unit and the value of the unit was not worth it as a result.
