the case when reality exceeds expectations. beautiful villa and wonderful staff. driver and assistant putu do their job well, they are very positive and friendly. driver services will cost you less than a taxi, the car is good and much more comfortable. we were very pleased with everything and in conclusion I would like to add a couple of wishes: in villa number 2 there are no hangers and I would like a large mirror and a microwave, otherwise everything is perfect.

Villa looks nice but no fridge, chair, safe, TV, telephone, hairdryer, handshower in the room noisy aircon. . Wifi very poor. Pool only for if you can swim, 6x4 meters but deep. You need transport because nothing in the area and walking along the street is very dangerous. Breakfast is more a snack and only egg.1 small toast. Some fruit and a half glass of fruit shake. Second option 1 small pancake. They gave us a 2 story villa, kids slept up stairs, no access to our area beside a outsite stair

Unfortunately there is two construction sites around - we asked the owner before if there is and he said no. But there are. Working time 8am- 9pm.

We stayed in Griya villa for six weeks and had an amazing time. The owner and the staff, both named Putu, were very kind and helpful during our stay. 5mn drive to center Ubud. The villa has two nice and clean bedrooms with TV and AC. Outdoor kitchen and nice private pool. Villa is right beside a rice field, so you can expect to meet lots of geckos and frogs. We will miss the two frogs, that we named Micheline and Jacqueline, that sleep under the kitchen bar every day.

Here is my sweet home. We live here 1,5 year. The owner of the villa is smart and caring, but not annoying. Everything is easy to solve. Tasty water. Quiet and beautiful. Friendly Spirits.
