Very comfortable rooms, friendly service. place was close to everything, in walking distance, Riverwalk was a 3 min walk away. Only issue I had was that Valet parking was too expensive.

Was here for sons BMT, nice location!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Really enjoyed my stay here , everyone was helpful and very welcoming. The room was very spacious which really impressed me

Good location

It was alright but sheets seemed a bit dirty. We added an extra night and when time came staff didn’t add we had to go back to the lobby and ask if it was added because the access keys were not functioning. Price too high for the room size. Breakfast did not have bacon.

The walking distance to the Alamo and the river walk was awesome.

Pretty good property

The room we stayed it was dirty. The floors weren’t mopped. The ceilings were water damaged and areas where the breakfast was had roped off areas and just looked disheveled. The free breakfast itself was nauseating. The only edible item was some of the baked goods and the waffles. I enjoyed the coffee and the safety of having to use your key to use the elevator but overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast delicious… plenty of food to choose

Very nice and clean breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast options were 10/10. The hotel was prepared very neatly and had a fridge with its own freezer!!! The hotel staff were welcoming and kind.

I loved everything about it. Spacious, clean, comfy, convenient next to Riverwalk and wonderful hot breakfast. The only thing is you have to pay $55 a night parking but due to location I guess is expected? I considered that high.

The location is excellent. By the river walk. The staffs are friendly and breakfast is good! Clean hotel, not too old, the pool is decent for relax. Love the water pressure on the shower.

Just didn’t like the valet service

I didn't like that it wasn't a place for pets to actually use the restroom it was very nasty in the space that was provided

The property was clean and perfectly located, the amenities and breakfast was great. Unfortunately we booked through Expedia our two rooms and had reserved, paid for and confirmed our rooms to have a balcony overlooking the Riverwalk and on check were told they were not available so one room was on the backside of the hotel facing a building and the other was outside the pool which was full and load the entire time, niether with a balcony or view of the Riverwalk. We had other locations we looked at but chose and booked here only to be disappointed in not just one room but two of them. When we asked the front desk we were told because we went through Expedia our concerns would have to be addressed with them, and as of yet we have not heard back.

Great service from staff
