The room is clean and beautiful, has a cool view, the bathroom is clean, my wife and I had a very good experience here, the service staff as well as the receptionist are very attentive and enthusiastic, recommend to experience. Andy and Suee.

I have experienced the best services here, from breakfast, to the well arranded room, with convenient hot and cold water adjustment. Wy and Sue staff are very enthusiastic.

Greeted warmly by Wy, who helped to lift our luggages. Everyone was served with glass of drink while waiting to check in & out. Thoughtful Wy remembered to serve a hot drink for my mom when we check out on the 2nd day as we requested a hot one on the 1st day. There's a small pool at the rooftop, with plenty of chairs to relax and enjoy the night breeze. Overall, the stay was comfortable & the buffet breakfast was decent.

I booked a room here for my trip to Saigon in July, the room was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, quite airy even though I chose a windowless room, enthusiastic staff. I give 10 points for service and have booked a room for my parents to go on a business trip here, parents are also very satisfied with the hotel service.

Phòng ở sạch sẽ, phòng kín không cửa sổ nhưng không hề bí chút nào, rất thoáng đãng, thiết bị phòng rất tiện lợi, dịch vụ chu đáo. Mình rất hài lòng, đặc biệt nhân viên nhiệt tình, phục vụ tuyệt vời, mình sẽ đặt phòng cho người thân ở đây khi vào Sài Gòn.
