Great property to stay at! They also offer shuttle service. Great experience and only a few blocks away from Basilica of Guadalupe and a few mins away from el Zocalo. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place they offered transportation within 5 miles I found that nice since I traveled with elder people and was able to move easy to Basilica.

Close to the north bus terminal after landing in San Benito airport. Breakfast as good. Ac was cold. Water was hot for shower.

Rooms are ok well kept, safety ok but parking doesn't have lift to reach rooms and there is a bad smell as swage in parking area

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was yummy, and it was relatively close to the Basilica. We would stay at this hotel again.

It was safe. The room was clean. We had a good stay! The staff was attentive. Showed us the room and the tricks to the stay. The food was a variety and was tasty and good for breakfast. We went to the Basilica to tour around that area. Caught the metrobus

Train passes by around 9am everyday. Amazing to hear it literally right outside your window. Otherwise amazing hotel.

Great place to stay, conveniently located to La Villa Zocalo and airport. Clean, comfortable and nice staff. I plan on booking it again when I go back.

I enjoyed our stay , staff polite and nice . Location is very close to the basilica of Guadalupe which was our main goal to be close to the Basilica . Food /breakfast has variety .
