Super comfortable room, excellent staff assistance when needed, and perfect location for us. It’s a new property so everything looks nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Responsive staff emailed us ahead of time to make sure the handicapped room would work for my husband.

Awesome fresh new facility and great stay

I stayed only one night, the room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable.

We only stayed for one night as we were just passing through but the staff were quick and responsive. The King Studio we stayed in had lots of space and everything we needed. There are a ton of food options around the area so you can find whatever you are in the mood for. The bed was comfy and we slept well! If passing through Cleveland, I would absolutely stay again.

This hotel was very accessible to the airport and the university. The staff was fantastic, the property was very clean and the room was HUGE! We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Everything was fresh and very tasty!

Everything was great the only thing that through me off was that I have not been in a hotel in like over 20 yrs and the bed was always made up and when I got to my room this bed was not so I thought maybe this is the way they do it now , but I guess maybe they were not done cleaning the room, I really have no idea but all around this is a great place very clean and Starr is very polite!!

My kids LOVED how large the rooms were. Check in was fast, rooms clean and breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommended!
