Very clean room and elegant space design. It gives people a very relaxed and comfortable feeling. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially when we took a taxi to check-in , there was an incident happened that my daughter’s wallet was dropped in the car. The staff quickly assisted in bringing up the security video tape to check the car number and assisting in finding the phone number of the driver at the taxi station. Fully showed the enthusiastic and hospitable nature of Taitung people.Thanks for the unforgettable kindness!

The hotel was very clean, common area and room are both very spacious. Very nice breakfast, have a car park if you’re driving. Also got a common area with massage chairs. Staffs are very friendly and nice too! Will definitely come back again next time!

Absolutely gorgeous, zen, and wonderful hotel with top-notch service. You are asked to take your shoes off upon entering and provided with slippers, which is great as it helps keep the premises clean. The hotel also smells like a spa and is very airy with high ceilings. Ms. Lin was so thoughtful and recommended itineraries as well as a taxi service that we could call, making getting around all the sights in Taitung a breeze. Upon leaving, I accidentally left my phone and they mailed it to me free of charge (it was super quick and arrived the next day btw!). We will definitely comeback and stay here again if we are in Taitung. Great place for couples and families. 10/10!

大廳有精油乳液可取用試用，房間寛敞，高級TOTO馬桶，乾濕分離沒有門有些許美中不足。早餐超讚。

Bon emplacement a 20 min à pied / 2 arrêts de bus de la gare, grande chambre, matériaux de qualité, propreté irréprochable, super petit dej avec de bons oeufs brouillés et de la salade fraîche en plus des spécialités locales. Personnel sympathique, avec un très haut niveau de service. Nous avons été surclassés et nos hôtes ont meme eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner en voiture au port (avec un petit pique nique offert) puis a la gare le lendemain. Attention a l'adresse indiquée sur le site hotels.com : si l'adresse est correcte, l'emplacement sur la carte n'est pas bon. Si vous arrivez en avance ou tard le soir, n'hésitez pas à appeler le numéro indiqué sur le comptoir.

原先搞錯訂房 多訂了房間 多虧旅宿打電話提醒訂房時發現 才能即時在免費取消前取消 整個過程非常幫忙 住宿時感受到飯店非常用心 家電跟傢俱用品 品質都很好 很用心跟大方的旅宿 我們共入住了兩晚 預訂了四間 並又預訂了明年的再次入住

整體十分不錯 唯一美中不足就是房間沒有電話，設備有狀況或有問題都得跑一趟（但房間狀況很好啦，基本上不會太常需要找櫃臺）
