There were many corners that are no open or permanently closed. All self-service at the restaurant. No special service for club room guests. Lounge is not open until the noon.

Wonderful staff - excellent gym facilities

Clean with pleasant design. Extremely family-friendly with great play facilities for children. Surrounding area lacks dining options. However, there is a supermarket across from the hotel. This hotel is a great starting point for Hangzhou hiking destinations.

Great room and facilities quality, Excellent staff service. A little bit far away from downtown and west lake. A lot of guests are local Chinese. So food at the breakfast restuarant is a bit skewed to local Chinese food, which is quite common in Chineses hotels. Overall great value for money. Will stay again.

The place is fabulous. The GM from The Netherlands had done a great job yearning his staff. Great job.

位置在新城区 江边，楼下有个商场，餐饮很多，还有家早餐厅吃的种类丰富，特别推荐咸豆浆，北方没有的一定要尝试一下 酒店服务很好，地下停车场走的时候记得在前台报车号 旅行目的地: 1、江两岸看夜景 主要就是灯光秀，没有各软件上的无人机表演 2、动物园 3，西溪湿地 博物馆很好又凉快又长知识 4.西湖国宾馆 紫薇厅吃的西湖醋鱼 遥看雷峰塔 当然也进去登塔了 必须到此一游

这家艾美比国内其他家感觉好多了。拖鞋也非常好用，特地还买了些回家。服务也还不错，房间也很大很整洁。
