Loved everything about this place! The staff the room the tours and amenities! Great place to stay!

The hotel age is apparent, and it would benefit from maintenance. Additionally, some of the promotional images are misleading. I specifically booked this hotel based on picture depicting two hands framing a volcano view; however, this particular viewpoint is not on the premises. It is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and access is coingent upon purchasing a yoga class

Great breakfast options, great service. Location is great and you will generally always need earplugs anywhere in the town Panajachel.

The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable! All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and the pool/common areas were lovely!

This was a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Note that this hotel chain is very focused on a younger crowd so expect dance music from breakfast onwards in the bar/restaurant as well as lots of ads and evening activities focused on partying. The organized outdoor activities such as hikes and lake tours were great and the staff were very helpful.

Large clean room ( we were in one of the private suites.) no bugs! Very close to the docks and everything else you will want to explore in Pana and super cute lounge/ pool area!

Property was clean, due to our room located on the 1st floor too many bugs coming in at night. Staff was very nice!

The property needs some urgent upgrades; dated furniture; very old towels and bedding; bathroom renovations; better care of the garden. Swimming pool was dirty, no one goes in the water. Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast options at the restaurant were good and tasty. But I wouldn’t recommend this place until needed upgrades and renovations are completed. Customers should not get used to pay for poorly maintained properties.

A nice hotel very close to shops and restaurants and the lake.

Nice place with nice employees. The dorms weren’t the cleanest and the shower broke. It would clog up nearly enough to spill out of the shower.

My cousin and I stayed here for just one night at the end of our stay on Lake Atitlán. Our room (one of the teepees) was great and had everything we needed. The communal bathrooms were often out of toilet paper and paper towels. The restaurant/bar was expensive but the food was good. The bottom of the pool was covered in algae and no one was swimming while we were there. But the location is great for exploring Pana. Overall we would recommend but feel like the price is high for what you get.

Great location, value,staff, activities and services. The pool did not look so inviting and it can be a little noisy, but we absolutely would go again. I recommend not booking with breakfast through Expedia, it is sometimes included with activities you can book there and there are many options to discover around

Property was conveniently located, room was spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. Caters a bit more to younger crew with great activities at reasonable price and good on site restaurant. A good option!

The check in took some time if you get there early, other than that the standard rooms were very spacious. Its quiet. very central to everything. Would recommend

Unique accommodation with the 'teepee' but there was a smell and was not clean especially the bathrooms for the teepee. The staff seemed to be inconvenienced when asked a question. Never gpt back to me on the services and tours they "offered."
