The place is cozy, comfortable, and quiet, about 5 minutes from the port. It's a bit elevated, comes with soap without a toothbrush, and has warm water. It's perfect for those transiting through the port. The pool is clean, and the breakfast is delicious, with bread, pancakes, and coffee.

The hotel staff immediately told us to check out after breakfast.

Don't ever stay here, the service is very, very bad. The men are very rude and not friendly at all. But with foreigners, their smiles are full of fakeness. Very bad experience staying in this hotel in my life. Hard mattress, little water, breakfast wasn't delicious.

Kamarnya bersih banget. Kita check in tengah malam masih dilayani. Terus bisa titip mobil sekalian permalamnya 50 ribu, kebetulan aku roadtrip Jakarta-Bali ke hotel ini cuma buat transit aja karena besoknya mau nyebrang ke Gili. Staff nya ramah dan komunikatif. Aku suka banget kalo orang aktif komunikasi. Makasih ya Serangan Inn.

Prices are appropriate for the facilities obtained. Rooms are quite spacious and clean although there is no TV. There is a swimming pool. Close to Padang Bai port. The hotel owner is very friendly, and so are the employees. Simple breakfast like bread, eggs and pancakes, and tastes good. Suitable if you want to relax and want to enjoy time slowly.

A good hotel for overnight before going across to Lombok because it is close to the port of Padang Bai Bali. Rooms like new, clean and comfortable, good service. Lack of a road to just one car inn and for less car parking, the hotel is highly recommended.
