Reasonably priced, well serviced, close to where I wanted to be. Breakfast was basic but OK. I didn't take advantage of some of the facilities (e.g. rooftop swimming pool) but it was nice to know they were available. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great value and a swimming pool in the heart of Madrid

This is a student residence that offers short-term accommodation as well. As such, the apartments are spacious and have some amenities that even better hotels often do not have in the rooms, such as cutlery. My room did not have a 'do not disturb' sign for the door, and the cleaning service wanted to enter the room at unusual times quite often as a result. The wi-fi was fast and reliable, though one has to insert a whole host of personal data upon the first login to the system, which may have to do with this being accustomed to students residing there for several months and is less suited for short-term guests. Breakfast was offered extra, which was a generous gesture. Overall, even though there are some aspects that could be improved, this is a very promising accommodation format with a good location in Madrid that is also affordable and accessible.

This place was great. Great value for solo travel. On the one night I stayed there was unfortunately a drunk man yelling in the hallway, but my best guess is that is a rare occurence. Otherwise, the food was good and the room had all of the basic necessities. Very convenient for a quick stopover on the way to another city. Kudos to all of the young people staying there who were very respectful and quiet even on the rooftop in the evening.

Had a great weekend stay here w/ my gf. It's a dormitory so the vibe was cool. The room is a set-up for a student so only one bed side table - not a huge deal but nice for both people to have a place for their morning coffee. Also, the wi-fi was tricky - we were only able to connect for one day. The service was provided by the security guards - very sweet but not informed of all the amenities eg pool hours, etc. and no dish soap provided so we used the shampoo in the room to wash cups/mugs. Overall, a great stay and would return. And location was nice - tree-lined, near the bus/metro and super convenient to get to the airport.

Very nice stay and I wish I had stayed for longer. The unit has a kitchenette with induction stovetop and a microwave. Rooms are small-ish but not small enough to bother you. The board game and library lounge in the ground floor is excellent. So is the swimming pool on top. I'm surely going to stay again.

Is a student residence but a premium one. Room comes with kitchenette and fridge , well furnished and large . Daily cleaning Rooftop pool is amazing

Perfect location nice restaurants around

I loved everting from the helpfulness of the staff to the room. Location is excellent. Internet flawless. Being a uni residence you can expect a bit of noise at night but nothing terrible. Mattress was very hard for my taste but I requested extra pillows and that helped a lot. Also you don’t have kettle or coffee machine in the room, but microwave. There is a convenient vending machine at lobby, and supermarket just a few meters away.

Good little studio, adequate for a couple of nights and great location. The plunge pool does the job of cooling you down (it's been 104° F/40 °C) but the pool could be a little cleaner. Very attentive and friendly staff. You're allowed guests to join you at the pool and they enjoyed it. The hallways are boiling, this is a shame. Basic cooking amenities (sauce pan, frying pan, sieve) so adequate if on a budget/don't fancy heading out. Many food options nearby. I'd recommend it and go again.

Muy simpáticos los recepcionistas, habitación cómoda y limpia, buen desayuno. Está cerca de la estación de autobuses Avenida de América.

Adoramos o lugar. Conseguimos check in antes do horário. As pessoas são muito simpáticas. Não tem TV e a cama era duas de solteiro juntas, mas foi tudo bem ok. A limpeza era mediana, mas nada que atrapalhasse a minha estadia.
