Courteous staff. Excellent breakfast and like your parking attendant he was very polite and helpful.

The tub was not draining nasty smell in the room it was ugly hotel overall

We had a nice comfortable stay. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Morning breakfast is good. The hotel is located about a 2 km from downtown Ensenada. Parking is ample on the property.

The hotel was just off Hwy. 1 and I was tired. It was a bit on the pricy side, but it was a very comfortable stay.

The one time they cleaned, they put sheets that had hairs on them that weren’t ours. Bed sheets were dirty.

i booked two beds and gave a futon . A dog kept barking and did not let me sleep

The wake up around 8 am asking if you want room service banging on the door will not stay there again

Liked the friendly staff, easy check in and parking. Did not like the room's restroom because it smelled urine really bad and also there was no soap of any kind.

Fool did not have a fridge nor a microwave to head up our left overs
