Very helpful front desk clerks!

Amazing front desk personnel!

Very clean and minimalist. Towels were very small like others have said. But they allowed us to get extra anytime.

Good

The whole place has a very run down feel to it. Especially the corridor which was dimly lit green in color. Reminds me of horror movie. The bed mattress was noisey to lay on. Got only a hand towel for bath robe. I can go on. Booked for three days, left after the first day. Never went back again.

It was very good service. Next time I will stay there.

I had a wonderful and positive experience staying at The Venezia Suite Hotel in Chuncheon, South Korea from Monday, April 18, 2022 to Monday, May 30, 2022.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff was also nice and knew English.

Bedding sheets smell old Cleanness of the bathroom needs to be improved.

This property is very easy to find and close to downtown. The room was super clean and room service did a great job everyday of our 3-day stay. It’s winter and the room was warm enough. Nice quality towels, very clean bathroom. The room is not big but it was perfect for two of us. We paid ₩60,000/night which was a great deal. Convenience store downstairs a plus.

호텔 직원분들이 너무 친절하시고 온돌이라 아주 따뜻하고 편안해서 좋네요.주변에 식당도 몇군데 있고 위치도 좋아 접근성이 좋은거 같아요
