Stay away. Dont be fooled by the "lovely" pictures of the property. There is a mess up in the booking and they couldn't find my booking. After calling and explaining and numerous time being put on hold, they just hung up the line. Bad customer service. Left us stranded in the middle of the city with no confirmed place to stay. Apartment is shoebox sized where you can reach if you managed to climb the horribly narrow and high stairs. Good luck not falling (pls indicate to your guest that you have to use stairs). Worthy to point out the efficiency of agent team back in malaysia in helping to sort this out. They sprang into action immediately to sort this inconvenience out. Thanks & well done
