Gorgeous location and lovely rooms and spa.

We loved our stay. The spa was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was incredible.

The hotel is in a great location and has good amenities. The staff struggled to take our order from our room to the restaurant so we had to go downstairs ourselves and do it as they kept saying we don’t have this (when all we wanted was to order the crème brûlée dessert). The restaurant staff were very helpful when we went and ordered ourselves and kindly delivered it our room. The people working at the reception should have awareness of hotel facilities. The breakfast menu is good with lots of variety and the room itself was quite big and spacious.

Rooms and service were great. It was nice that the gym is open 24 hours., but it wasn’t as well equipped as I had hoped. There was much equipment for resistance training.

We had a true resort experience here! We loved the location, which aplowed us to explore both castles and enjoyed relaxing by the pool and utilizing the spa. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay with plentiful and delicious choices. We took advantage of the special holiday events including afternoon mulled wine and cookies, and an evening Christmas movie screening. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Beautiful rooms, friendly and courteous staff, excellent food and excellent location!

We stayed in the Jägerhaus. The room was spacious and an excellent view of the Alps and one of the castles. Excellent breakfast consisting of various options was plentiful and well maintained. The separate bar/restaurant provided wonderful cocktails and food. Service was extremely friendly with wonderful conversations. We did not experience the spa that was available. Great location for access to both castles. I strongly recommend

Nice staff, good food, travel with family

The view from our room was outstanding. We could view both castles from our windows. Breakfast was delicious and had a tremendous variety. Parking was available. The location could not be beat. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. The negatives: the carpet was stained and in need of replacement. The pool, which is supposed to be part of a relaxing spa, was FULL of children. We couldn’t even get in and it was very loud and uncomfortable.
