We loved our stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was superb. The room was lovely. The only thing that disappointed us was the outdoor pool was closed for our entire stay (not sure why), which was the actual reason we booked this hotel.

Amazing stay.

Great big clean rooms, high ceiling, and good staffs

The air conditioner was too strong the first day and night no matter how we adjusted it, and the room was too cold because of that. Guest service provided a space heater, which helped a little bit. Then the AC became more comfortable during the rest of the stay.

I was lucky to get the chance to stay at its early opening. Everything was excellent, the staff are doing their best, spa was not opened yet. But I loved my my stay. One more thing is, the high ceiling in the room is exoptional.

Concierge and housekeeping staff were excellent. Front office staff lacked professionalism and manners, often having an ego. Unless this is a cultural difference, everything else was about alright.

房间：房间找到两三处毛发，memo纸盘有污渍 餐厅：餐厅服务员对餐桌礼仪不到位 下单时没问什么是头盘 主菜，两位的主菜分开上没同时间上菜 酒吧：擦毛巾的毛巾是臭的 刷完桌子留下一股大臭味

Been to many hotels around the world and this one is for sure top tier in my book. Excellent facility, professional staff, great location. Would for sure stay here again when in Guangzhou! Especially thank you to all the front desk, concierge, guest service and house keeping for making our stay in Guangzhou comfortable!
