Despite the negative expectations I had because of what acquaintances told me, I personally liked the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the housekeeping was up to a high standard. The staff were friendly and willing to assist in various situations. The laundry service was also very good. ❤️

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for three nights. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, with a stunning view. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The swimming pool is also wonderful. Overall, the hotel has great facilities and a lovely atmosphere. However, despite all these positives, I am giving this hotel only one star for two main reasons: slow service and poor service quality. Hotel staff should understand that they are there to serve guests and ensure their comfort, not to inconvenience or upset them. Guests come to this hotel and spend a lot of money expecting relaxation, a pleasant experience, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, the reception staff—particularly one person (I am not sure if he was a manager)—were extremely rude. Their behavior completely changed my experience from a great one to a very disappointing one and even ruined my day. I want to emphasize again that the hotel itself is beautiful and impressive, but the poor choice of staff seriously affects the overall experience.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Algiers Airport, and y’all, this hotel truly deserves every star. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, polite, and professional. I especially want to mention Ilyas from reception — he was incredibly nice, very professional, and made me feel right at home. You can tell he really cares about guests and takes pride in what he does.My room was spotless, super comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was sparkling clean with great hot water pressure. Housekeeping kept everything perfect every single day. Breakfast was excellent — fresh fruit, pastries, omelets made to order, and strong coffee that hits the spot. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive without hovering.the hotel also has a clean indoor pool, a 24-hour gym, and a free airport shuttle that runs smoothly. Everyone I met had a smile and was ready to help. all in all, this place is clean, classy, and cozy. Whether you’re here for business or travel, you’ll feel at home right away. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

We spent 2 overnights with my family, our stay was perfect, the hotel is very close to Algiers airport with connected passerelle. We requested airport shuttle which came just 5 min from our call, the shuttle driver was very helpful with our luggage also the concierge manager. At reception level Miss Maroua was very professional and helpful for our check-in. Room service manager Mrs Amal and her team was very professional and asked every time if something is needed. The room was great, big, very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious with big variety. Many thanks to the hotel staff and management. We will come back and recommend the hotel for our friends.

Nicely appointed rooms and perhaps the best breakfast buffet (costs DZD 3000) in Algeria. Hyatt status is proactively recognized. There are two wings, so you might have a long walk to your room. The fitness center was well equipped. HR Algiers Airport caters to airline crew as well as business people and, for now, some tourists. Location is great if you have an early morning flight or a late arrival, or just want to avoid the traffic in the center of Algiers, but if you want to sightsee, expect a minimum 30 minute drive to see the key sights. Note also that all luggage is scanned on entry, and any alcohol (or at least wine, even if in a duty free bag) must be checked with the concierge and left downstairs.
