The fan in my room didn't have a power cord. I called the check-in service on Skype to ask for one. The man who answered told me to go back to the website where I booked the room to ask them to find a power cord. I had booked the room about 2 months ahead, and I didn't even remember the website I had used. Just replacing a power cord was an issue. So, they could improve their customer service (staff).
