Great location, close to everything. The place was big, beds are super comfy - good firmness and body support, best I've ever had in accommodations. Note there are no centralized HVAC system, ypu only have the windows, which is loud since you're right next to a tram station. I wouldn't recommend this place during summer. The pictures I saw on Expedia didn't match the real site though, there wasn't laundry inside my suite as they listing made it seem. Minimal staff around, which is ok for me as it was only a 3 night stay due to the my flight cancellation. In hind sight I would have chosen something else for similar price.

It was a perfect location to be able to get to anywhere in the City

Laundry service was incredibly inconvenient…staff used both dryers for hotel towels and left for the evening without removing them effectively handcuffing anything in the washers. Lost an entire evening. Also advertised as having “blackout” drapes, but not sure if it was just my room lacking them or if the meaning is lost in translation. Otherwise clean and spacious room with a decent location.

Simply perfect place for families we felt at home. Gricery very close Tasco. Reception very kind all super clean an freshly renovated. Only improvement airplay in TV will be perfect current Sharp TV I did not managed to connect to mobike as we instruction for connecting mobike will be good

Everything was clean and perfect. Bathroom was clean and the kitchen too i didnt see this too much in prague. Also the staff and a lovely woman named sarka blessed us with a late checkout when it wasn’t even possible. I will go back too downtown suites!!

Staff was nice, room was good and location was great with access to public transport. The amenities in the room were lacking - the soap in the sink was so watered down that it barely had any actual soap in it and the shower had a 3 in 1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner that was awful. Our room also had a hole in the wall and the pillows were old & super worn out.

Great location

Just fabulous. The room was spotless, spacious, and genuinely exceeded expectations. The apartment is right next to both the metro and tram, making it unbelievably easy to get anywhere in the city. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, and communication with the host was excellent. Anytime we had a question, they responded within seconds, which made everything stress-free. The space itself had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and far more room than you normally find in such a prime location, especially for such a central area in a major European city! Overall, highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again.

Low price for a spacious home

Great accommodation, great location, close to everything and quiet location. No contact check in was superb as arrived around midnight. The only downside was wifi details given by email only after collecting the keys. Not everyone can use their mobile internet abroad. Would advise to have wifi details in the room rather than sent by email. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place and excelent location. Everything on the appartement is like new. We really enjoyed our stay.

They need coffee bar in the rooms. Otherwise, very nice stay.

メトロとトラムの駅にほぼ隣接しており、プラハ中央駅にも歩こうと思えば歩ける好立地でした。チェックイン時刻より早く着きましたが、インターホンを押してお願いしたところ快くトランクを預かってくれました。電子キーで出入りする形式だったのも手軽でよかったです。
