The property and their service is wonderful. I really enjoyed staying in this lovely gem.

Fantastic place to stay

Nice and big breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and clean with private hot tub. No complaint at all. No shopping and gym area.

Walking distance of Tamsui MRT stop and shopping area. (Around 20 minute walk) Rooms are very spacious with soaking tub, shower and pull down shower seat. Living room with fridge and free coffee and drinks. Very nice staff. 7-11 a block away; pretty views. Video game arcade and hot springs on site but I didn’t use.

Exceeded expectations! Really didn’t want to go to Beitou for onsen and found this interesting place in Tamsui. The hotel is very Japanese modern chiq. It’s quiet and incorporates AI systems in the room. The breakfast and onsen was amazing. Service is also top notch. Would recommend and definitely come again.

Its one of the best hot spring hotel ive stayed in, gonna extend my stay til the end of the month now. Make sure to stop by and check it out if you're in the area.

My parents had an amazing time during their stay. They said the breakfast options were perfect, and the hotel staff were always kind and accommodating. The rooms are modern, but cozy, and very clean. They can not wait to go back for another stay! Thank you so much for making their stay so wonderful.

Very very good! Super clean with large rooms

幫媽媽預定住宿，由於是生日當天入住，先前兩周和前一天都有特別打給飯店提醒，也確認有生日蛋糕的提供。但後來卻還是發生表示來不及準備隔天補的狀況。雖然並不是太嚴重的問題，但是因為這間飯店的價格偏高，加上我其實都有事前提醒，關於飯店服務人員對於客戶需求的部分，覺得可以再加強。

Fantastic play room for children

This hotel is amazing and we've been to some of the world's best hotel. The rooms are nice and big, the service has been nothing but amazing (they stand up to greet you, they try to accommodate you when it's too early to check in). I gave the location a 3 because it isn't convenient for food and even though it's on the first stop on the lrt to get to the mrt, it isn't close to the mrt. But we choose this location as it is close to my wife's family home. Breakfast was also top notch

Lovely relaxing hotel. Unfortunately some common areas closed due to covid but a lovely stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great! Wished they could have had more variety in terms of breakfast, as we were served the exact same menu 2 days in a row. But otherwise, very great experience!
