Clean, cozy, and close to the beach. We greatly enjoyed our micro stay for a night here. Many charming, walkable shops, restaurants, and across the street from the beach. Lovely!

Top 10 worst “hotels” I’ve stayed in after traveling for work 20+ years.

I will say the housekeeping staff was sweet, but there were things that really required a deeper clean and repairs that can’t be done between guests. The walls were coated in dust and filth, the shower molding above the trim of the unit and below the air conditioning unit there appeared to have growth. The walls were paper thin so we heard EVERY ‘activity’ in the room next door. They were also using a saw in the building past 10pm. When I called the first night because we were unable to sleep, they were so unaccommodating and would not refund us for the next upcoming night. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend to anyone wanting anything other than a one night stand.

The room had a very unpleasant musty smell. The mattress is comfortable but The sheets were very uncomfortable because they are pilled and of very low quality. They need to be replaced by better quality sheets. Or be replaced more often. The pilling is very uncomfortable on your skin. Also, there were no coffee cups.

We really loved our stay! The town is quaint along with such robust houses on stilts! The balcony was probably the most relaxing and enjoyable part of our stay. The Taco/Burger stand near Shaggy’s was a delicious treat! Gouda/Mac Bites are KILLER!!! Ps. All Digital, you never see anybody and use code. Smart Idea.

I saw some bugs (roaches) in the bathroom but overall the room was nice

Our room was great!! Very clean and the staff was wonderful! We loved the view from our balcony!! We will be coming back whenever we are passing through!!

This hotel is in a great central and quiet location. It is comfortable however the TV and internet are terrible. It will not stay connected for longer than 30 minutes. The rooms are very clean, but be careful in the shower because it is extremely slippery and you can't close the drain to take a bath.

Wonderful second experience!

I traveled across the country to be at an event… Checking in with the keypad was fine. The room was clean. Everything was nice, but then, as I tried to leave to go to my event, I could not lock the door. I followed all the prompts listed on the door on how to lock the door, but nothing worked. I noticed the lock had batteries so I went to the local hardware store and got new batteries and that didn’t work. Finally, when I realized I was going to be late if I didn’t leave now, I literally repacked all of my stuff…re-folded all of my clothes, put all of my toiletries back into the suitcase and dragged it down the two flights of stairs back to my car When I arrived back six hours later, and hauled my suitcase back up the two flights of stairs to the room …the lock… which, according to the notes, engaged after five minutes, whether you do anything or not… that same lock was still not locked. And anyone can walk into the building. You could lock it from the inside, but my plans didn’t involve staying inside my locked room. And yes, I called the number listed and I eventually reached a person who was incapable of helping me in my situation…had no idea how to resolve it.. That’s said… The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable, but the arrangement only works if you plan to spend your entire vacation in the room or risk having all of your stuff stolen.

What a easy stay and lovely town

It is always a pleasure to stay at Hotel Whiskey Pass Christian. There are a few things that could be improved; however, nothing worth mentioning. I love Allie. She is so nice and professional. I really don't see the other staff employed there as they are gone by the time I wake up or arrive back at the hotel. It is quiet and nestled in an area that is family centered. I will always stay a night or two there just for a staycation and for family filled events.

Adorable property…. Could be cleaner but after I dusted the headboard and a few spots it was fine. Location is awesome. I’d come here again. The two housekeepers I met were super sweet tho

We loved this area and can't wait to go back. The room was gorgeous and the town is very walkable. The coffee shop had great coffee and gulf views. White sandy beaches!

Nice large clean room with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. King size bed and large TV. Only negative was parking. Only 4 spaces and 1 handicap space. Very friendly housekeeping.

This place is a gem. Newly opened, we heard, and it’s furnished charmingly. The location across from the beach was perfect, and there are two nice restaurants within a block, even though the town is tiny. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
