Good location and spacious living area. Furnished well. Listed Location looks like a different unit then what is displayed, though it is the same building. Not really a balcony as described but more of a doorway to the front stoop since the unit is on the ground level.

I had a great stay at this place in Miami! The property was very nice—clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay super comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the location. It’s centrally located, so everything from restaurants and shops to the beach and nightlife was easily accessible. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want a convenient and enjoyable Miami experience.

The building is in poor shape. Very noisy, there is a lot of construction and airplanes constantly fly over. The apartment itself was clean but the shower did not function well (taps very loose). Kitchen cabinets as well need to be replaced, no stopper in kitchen sink or bathroom.

Although I had stayed at this location before and had an idea of what to expect it was not the conventional hotel having self check in. However parking was always a problem as my "assigned spot" was always taken. Also the bathroom faucets for the tub and shower were not really attached to the wall or very loose. However, they did comp me 2 days due to the inconvenience for my next visit.

Thermostat batteries were old, so we couldn't change the temperature, which was set at 46F. Door lock batteries were old, so getting in the unit and trying to lock the unit was a challenge. Unit is advertised as having a sofa, but it is not a pull out sofa, so probably good enough for a child. Communications were perfect, 10/10...They did offer for maintenance to come and replace batteries, I just wasn't in the unit enough to wait for them. I believe that should have been noted and addressed by cleaning crew before we showed up.

There was mold on the vents (just a few spots, the vents were black). The towels had yellow stains. A lot of the blinds fell when we tried to close them, were missing, or were being held up by tape. There was a joint on the balcony floor. There were stains on the wall. There was water damage on the wall. The paint in several areas of the bathroom was peeling. The window in the bathroom was dirty and did not completely close. The couches had stains.

I’m a handicap person I read on the add that they had an elevator, nowhere did it say the only access was stairs into the building.. I have a dialysis machine that weights over 100 odd and I’m a fall risk .. I booked this place not knowing there was no access 45 mins. Here checking in .. I get there I can’t get in I call immediately and they ask for proof that I need a machine and that I’m handicapped.. I sent them my doctors notes as well as a picture of my machine . They denied me for a refund saying I needed to cancel 7 days before I’m like I just booked 45 mins ago , I can’t get in .. no compassion . My hubby went and checked out the property it smells like mold, everything is dirty and run down .. they called me back said it’s my fault and they are charging me the full week plus the cleaning fee even tho I didn’t even use the room ! They are so desperate for customers and money that they took advantage of a handicap person .. wild animals running around outside, construction and homeless people everywhere.. run away as fast as u can !

The communication was crystal clear, easy check-in and checkout.The bus stop is 2min away so it is convenient. The reservation is made via Rocketstay so I don't know if the communications are with the owner or the organization. On our first day, someone came to the apartment after we checked in and we did not receive any head up, when we came back, we found the TV on and an extra towel (we did not request this in the first place). We called Rockestay to understand what happened, they apologized. Then, we requested an extra towel (we were two people) and more toilet paper so we knew that someone was going to come over. The apartment is spacious, the bedding is good, we slept well. However, basic elements are missing such as a small coffee table, a tea towel, more hangers for example. If we book an apartment it is because we want to be able to cook and have basic amenities. Also, the shower curtain was dirty, it doesn't cost much to change it. The apartment could be great but unfortunately things are missing. The elevator is not reliable, we wondered if we were going to get stuck most of the time but that's not the owner's fault. There are constructions right behind so it's loud early in the mornings and during the day (not the owner's fault as well) so it is not possible to rest. We are used to camping, roadtrip etc so we don't expect luxury or else but only the basics, maybe the owner should come and stay for one week like we did to know what's missing (?)

This property is NOT an 8 out of 10. I am a hotels.com platinum user with over 60 stays in Miami in 2023 alone. I have become very familiar with the hospitality industry in Miami. I only research hotels with a rating of 8 and above, and that includes spaces like 23 Palms which are apartments with kitchens. The place has been minimally updated, and it is seriously in need of a massive renovation IF the owners wish to list it and charge prices for a stay at the 8/10 level. After arrival and the ensuing disappointment, I looked further into the ranking and the reviews. They have 2/10 and they have 10/10s. Highly unusual to have both ends of the spectrum but nothing in between. When one complains, there follows the offer of make certain costs go away, and complimentary stays in the future. That is how they get those 10/10 rankings. Place close attention to the 2/10 rankings. They are the accurate ones. The apartment had “that” smell one finds in cheap motels with no ventilation. There is no welcoming instructions waiting for the client; the keys to the pool and parking tag are almost hidden, hanging in a wall with a mural with the same colors, so I had to be directed as to where to find them after my second call to the property managers. My son’s feet were black after walking barefoot for 10 min. Had to ask him to wear socks thereafter. Owners need to do the right thing: either invest on renovations that bring the property to basic standards, or accept that this property is a 5

On arrival it was almost impossible to find a way into the building to check in. Once in the building the elevator was probably the slowest elevator in existence. Then at first glance the apartment was nice. Then after looking a little deeper, there were stains all over the couch and bed and the overall cleanliness was not awesome. Not to mention, the area is not a great area (my opinion). I was not impressed. When I decided to not stay there, the hotel refused to refund any amount no matter the circumstance. Hotels.com was extremely helpful in trying to advocate for me but they were even unable to negotiate any kind of refund. I would not suggest this location for anyone.
