The experience at Dakota Manchester was amazing and the restaurant was lovely definitely recommend.

Modern hotel with very friendly staff. Valet parking is very convenient but be sure to check pricing because they put it up considerably from April,

Early check in was great!

Fantastic hotel. When we checked in and we mentioned it was my wife’s birthday they upgraded us to a suite, which was amazing!! One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. All staff were incredibly friendly, I’ll definitely be staying here again

We had a fantastic stay at Dakota Manchester. Staff at reception were welcoming and efficient. We chose to upgrade and so we had a canal side view and a separate bath and shower. The room is so carefully appointed with lovely touches like wool blankets/ throws , led magnified mirror for make up, 2 full length mirrors. Its very conveniently near the train station but quiet enough. The bar was buzzing both times we visited.

Having stayed here several times now and noticed a steep decline in the place. Last time I stayed there, I was stuck with an overflowing shower which wouldn’t drain. Called management who said nothing was wrong with the shower - the next morning the whole bathroom was flooded. This time around, the shower fixtures were broken and falling off as I showered. The hallway stunk of cannabis and isn’t what I expected from a hotel where I paid over £250 for a night. Probably won’t be staying here again.

Lovely 2 night stay at the Dakota. Location was even better than we first thought and quite nice to go back to a quieter area. Lovely and attentive staff.

This is the best hotel me and my boyfriend have stayed in in Manchester. The vibes are immaculate and we are already looking at booking for his birthday next month :)
