The hotel is well located and in good condition. However the hotel facilities were limited with no communal areas except an extremely noisy bar and restaurant. The price for one night was high considering the lack general amenities and staff.

My favorite place to stay when I’m in New Zealand! Great rooms, relaxing, good food and awesome staff!

We had a really relaxing stay at Hidden Lake Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the most comfortable sleeps we've had in a hotel! We had a lake view room, and the view of the lake and surrounding trees was beautiful. The room was also very quiet, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch to ensure an uninterrupted night’s sleep. My only small suggestion would be to include a second chair in the room—there was just one, so one of us had to sit on the bed when we weren’t out and about. A highlight was being able to book time in the spa and unwind while looking out over the lake. Such a peaceful, scenic spot to relax. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d definitely come back again!

This property was great for a night or two get away. Very clean ,nice modern rooms . The staff were friendly. The area was quiet at night for a great night's sleep in a comfortable bed. There are plenty of shops near the accomodation and a short walk will take you to the restaurants and bars .

The manager gave us a nice room on the top floor overlooking the trees.

Excellent stay. Quick check in. Ample car parks available. Close to shops/attractions (if you have a car). The room was large & bathroom adequate. Overall excellent stay. No outside noise heard.
