Im felt so surprised when i got fruit, welcoming mirror, & flower on my bed. Even im not request, honeymoon package cause im stay there for biz trip. Again, thank you Pak Ali (pullman thamrin staff) for your kindness & hospitality

Pullman Thamrin is famous with their Sana Sini restaurant and it was the first time I tried it! Superb! Location wise is very good eventho the room size is minimalist but overall was 👌🏻 experience

This is such a disappointing stay. Check in waiting time is horrible! I queued for more than 30 mins and there were only 4 people in front of me. While I reached the counter, I saw there were more than 20 people behind me already! Crazy slow service! I also asked if I could have something special since ir was our 1st wedding anniversary, they decorated our room and I got my name wrong (there was a typo in my name and my name was the one on the reservation! 😅 They got my husband's name right and his name was harder to spell). We left for sightseeing in the afternoon and came back before 8pm-ish. When we left we put the no disturb sign and we double triple checked it. After we came back, to our surprise, there was a cake on the desk! Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the cake but they enter our room while the do not disturb sign was on!!! I called the front desk immediately, tell the customer service what just happened, and got no response. Nothing until ee left the hotel! As for the meal, it's ok, no problem, but it's not competing with other 5-star hotel in Jakarta anymore. There were time when Sana Sini was my go to place for a treat in the city. If I'm to pay almost 3M a night, I would expect more.

Staff is not very friendly, access is not good

friendly staff, but the luggage delivery service takes a long time to call, parking service takes a long time to input..😏

Pullman Jakarta is one of the iconic hotels with great surroundings, easy to access, and the staff are very helpful.

It's great, if you want to take your kids to car free day, it's not a hassle, just walk down and see Bunderan HI.

Good service except the room size is too small for a 5 star hotel.

Small rooms, like Oyo class hotels. Even though the price is almost the same as Kempinsky and Mandarin which are in the same location.

For family trips, it is not recommended, the rooms are very small, narrow enough to walk and there is only 1 electrical socket 😢
