The room floor feels dusty..because there is a balcony..so there are mosquitoes...

A very comfortable and family friendly hotel, friendly staff, it's just that maybe because it was high season, we arrived at 15.30 the room was still not ready, it was informed that it was still being checked and we still waited for about 30 minutes, next time we definitely want to come back here for a staycation

It's really worth staying at Hotel Nikko, the best

It's not my first time here and it's a good and quiet place to stay. You can have a morning walk or jog, swimming, and lazying by the beach or pool. Very relaxing.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and all of them were very helpful and nice. The room was more spacious than expected for a family of three. It was clean, and everything worked well. The pool staff were also very nice and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is getting a bit tired but stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the view from the balcony was to a demolition site. The prices at in-house restaurants were over the top but there are great options just a short distance from the hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Even though some of the staff are senior, the service remains excellent and very friendly to guests.

Too late to inform me swimming pool is under maintenance made me feel so down.
