Great place, great hospitality, fast response from the engineering team.

It's really good but the staff on WA are really slow to reply so it's hard to ask questions, try to respond quickly via WA or maybe a contact that can be contacted, coincidentally yesterday we used the paparazzi service by Merumatta and we left 4 photos in the lobby, please respond.

Every time I go to Lombok I always come back here, because it never disappoints, even when our chosen room is full, the hotel provides free upgrade facilities!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, large swimming pool and there is a jacuzzi. Next time if you go to Lombok, you want to stay here again.

The hotel name has changed to Merumatta so it was confusing on arrival, but that didn't really cause a problem as we phoned them and got the right information. The room was exceptional. Beautiful interior, spacious, comfortable. Best for honeymoon but was also perfect for a small family. Somehow we couldn't fill the jacuzzi with hot enough water as we wished, but we could still enjoy it. The direct access to the infamous pool directly from the room was also so convenient. The staff were all friendly and we had no complaint about their services. Room service was great. Breakfast was too simple, but OK. The access to the beach, the access to nearest harbor, everything was so convenient we wishes we stayed there longer. Would definitely like to come back.

For the delay in the checkin service, it has been compensated with very good service.

The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable, the bathroom interior is also quite luxurious. The pool and yard are clean regularly. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The breakfast menu is quite varied, from western ones such as sausages, potatoes, omelettes, cereals, there is also typical Lombok mixed rice, soto, toast, dessert. Overall very very satisfying 👍✨. Only one suggestion for the hotel (hopefully read) please use a knife to cut the fruit to make it special, because yesterday the watermelon had an onion smell .

Saya senang tempatnya bersih dan sangat nyaman. Tolong ditingkatkan saja untuk protokol covidnya. Masih ada tamu dan karyawan yang tidak menggunakan masker.

Sangat menyenangkan, hotelnya bagus dengan fasilitas lumayan lengkap. Kolam renang nya luas, kebetulan saya dan keluarga menginap pas sepi jadi serasa kolam pribadi.

Fun family vacation spot? A little note: for the swimming pool please clean it often. Last Christmas holiday we stayed at the pool villa, and when we were swimming there was a lot of pollen. debris from plants around the pond. for the room no problem, comfortable.

The rooms are nice and the interior is ethnic and beautiful, very. Romantic and fun with an uniquely arranged swimming pool. friendly service. and great hotel facilities.
