What a pleasant surprise and easily one of the best value stays I've had in Lombok. Honest! This hotel is huge, very green, and has a relaxing resort atmosphere from the moment I arrive. Ocean views, hills, plenty of trees, and sounds of birds in the morning make it feel peaceful and far from crowded areas, which is good and that's the thing I desperately need. Room is spacious, comfortable, and came with a balcony overlooking the sea. Facilities are more than I expected, and breakfast also has lots of choices. Honestly, the biggest surprise was the value. + Huge area with beautiful ocean, hill views, and greenery + Location is in the center of Senggigi which is still accessible and not so antah-berantah + Spacious room and bathroom with complete amenities + Comfortable lobby surrounded by greenery and ponds (love this!) + Golf cart service available from lobby to room (added point) + Fast Wi-Fi and plenty of TV channels (no boring boring) + Many facilities including pools, tennis court & basketball court, cafe, restaurant, electric bike rental, and tour/pickup service + Small private beach inside resort area (hell yeah) + Large breakfast selection with local and international options (there are sushi buffet man!) + Safe and well-maintained environment, even at night + Friendly and helpful staff, always welcoming with a smile + Excellent value for money (important!) Things to improve: - Some furniture and bathroom fixtures look a bit dated (refurbishment might be nice) - Breakfast variety is excellent, but taste could be better (more MSG won't hurt) - Rooms are located far from the lobby, which may require a bit of walking, especially during rainy weather (but there is golf cart service available though) Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The place is serene and quiet. The resort area itself is very big and they have their own bar with a private beach. However, the furniture in the room is quite old; I think this is a pretty old resort. So far, it’s enjoyable. The restaurant service is very slow; it took around 30 minutes for our food to come when we ordered dinner.

Incredibly friendly staff and great service with whatever you asked. Large grounds and nice pool. Pool towels provided. Room nice and good view but very dark inside and not easy to bring light in. Restaurant food - breakfast was nice buffet; food at restaurants generally fairly average and would not recommend. A lot of local groups coming and going with events on most nights in the area near the beach - a very loud loudspeaker that is heard across the resort, and then due to cultural reasons it feels uncomfortable to walk around in shorts/t-shirt/swimwear whilst these are happening. Great location in Senggigi and easy to get around. Beach was nice, water was warm and easy to swim in.

The breakfast menu isn't very good. Please improve the menu and taste of the food.

Right on the beach, the place is family friendly and the staff are friendly.

The staff is very friendly and communicative, the downside in the room is that the plugs are hidden and difficult to access.

This is a great location for enjoying traditional Sasak dishes like sate bulayak and pecel. You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset. Happy!

The staff is very friendly, the service is satisfactory. I forgot to add an extra king size bed when I booked, but the staff immediately made the twin bed into one because the hotel room was already full so I didn't get the king size.

Experience staying for 4 Days 5 Nights during a family vacation in Lombok at Merumatta Senggigi Lombok, the family was happy with the resort concept, we could explore the entire hotel environment with a good jogging track, swimming pool and beautiful beach, friendly service team, strategic location near Senggigi beach, comfortable for a staycation, the only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast menu which does not change from the first day of arrival until the last day of checkout for overall it is good

The hotel view is nice... the room is comfortable... access everywhere is good... unfortunately the check-in time is long... maybe because of the new year... everyone managed to get into the room past 4... the pool is not very clean... maybe too many outside visitors can enter... breakfast is not very varied and by 8 o'clock many of them are already finished... refills take a while... please wipe the glasses clean...
