It was a bit creepy, probably because it was low season and we checked in at night. My husband and I couldn't sleep and experienced some "strange" incidents with "invisible" things, but in the morning the view was beautiful, but you couldn't go directly to the beach because the access was fenced for safety (the waves were very strong). But all the staff were super friendly 🫵🏻🫵🏻🫵🏻👍🏻cool

A quiet and comfortable place to relax. There's a beach that's a great spot for watching the sunset, but it's a bit dirty. The rooms are quite spacious, but they need some maintenance as they're quite old. The door to the balcony wouldn't lock in my room. The food was quite good, but there wasn't much variety. The staff were friendly.

Overall, it's nice and comfortable, even though the building is old, but it's still clean. The only thing I've noticed is that the restaurant takes a long time to order food and the food is lacking. It could be improved.

We stayed with a baby and had informed the hotel that we would allow early check-in, but it wasn't possible. After going back and forth, we were finally able to, and even then, close to check-in time. We upgraded to a beach view room 213, but the shower and hair dryer were broken, and the amenities provided were not up to 5-star hotel standards. Don't judge guests by their appearance; you don't know that the people staying are directors and commissioners of a company. If your service is good, we can recommend it.

The location is great, right on the beach and with a great view of the sunset. Unfortunately, the food was lacking in flavor; the fish burger bun was a bit hard, and the chicken was also a bit tough. Hopefully, the taste can be improved.

The hotel is really nice :) It's cool, clean, the bell boy is really nice, the staff are also nice.

This resort has an unbeatable location, open the door and be greeted by the sea and a super calm atmosphere. There are also many exciting activities, from renting bicycles to electric motorbikes, so you never feel bored during your stay. Definitely a place I'd come back to when in Lombok. If there are any minuses, maybe the food at breakfast can still be improved and the layout of the restaurant is a bit uncomfortable. Oh yeah, the sunset here is beautiful 🫶🏻

perfect place to stay when you are with your family. you can ask helpdesk to assist trip exploring gili's island from the hotel and they will arrange with their best services. definitely worth the money

A comfortable, clean hotel, strategic location in Senggigi, in front of Senggigi beach, spacious, clean hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, complete facilities, recommended for those who want to staycation or vacation in Lombok.

the room floor (wooden floor) needs to be repaired, many are damaged. (our room is 215) nice and clean garden, cold AC, the soundproofing of the room is not good, often disturbed by the sound of "doors, sliding" chairs or tables from the next room the breakfast menu is varied, great.. the service of the staff at the restaurant is friendly... maybe I'll come back to try the pool villa later..

AC is time to service, too noise. Can't close the door from outside the room. We can hear voice from other room.
