What's great about this hotel is its strategic location. It's located near the Bukit Bintang shopping center, just a short walk to everything. The rooms are relatively clean, and the staff is friendly.

I've stayed here many times. The price isn't too expensive, the rooms are large, and the location is great. There are lots of food stalls and a pharmacy right down the road.

Was a long stay for us. Overall was great, despite some construction going on around the building.

Addicted to wanting to stay at Dorsett again with the family

I don't know why the aura in my 19th-floor room was so different. Then, on the third day, while taking a shower, hot mist splashed onto the glass, and a handprint was clearly visible. I assumed it was the hand of a cleaning worker. But deep down, I felt the aura in that room was indeed different from the previous one. Hopefully, there won't be any more strange incidents when I stay here again. The service and cleanliness were excellent.

Booked this hotel very last minute and didn’t expect much, but it turned out really good! Worth the price, room was spacious and super convenient location-wise! Loved their green initiatives too, would definitely come back!
