The security guard is not friendly and no smile, the view of the room is not good.

Have stayed here twice, very strategic, to pavilium and alor nearby. Many minimarkets, the star hill area. Everywhere is very easy.

awesome hotel, its location at bukit bintang. we're stay at CNY so decoration and special event like lion dance perform in here.

Old hotel but clean and friendly. Access to the front and back of the lobby is just a small room, I can hoek, rather big, friendly, complete and behind is a coin laundry. P4Pg is only about 50 thousand. so no need to bring lots of clothes if you stay long. nice hotel and recommend. and I will come back here. thanks federal hotel.

The hotel is good, the service is okay, unfortunately the signal WiFi is not good in the rooms on the 3rd floor, the breakfast is okay, the menu is the same as it continues throughout the 3-day stay, the location is strategic on the Bukit Bintang.

Too noisy, music outside the hotel ends at 3.30. difficulty sleeping, the sound of free music is close to the hotel so it is very disturbed. There seems to be no curfew limit for street music performances that use a very loud sound system. The hotel itself is very satisfied because of its strategic location, just close to the music area so it is very disturbed, can barely sleep.

According to the Federal hotel reception, standard rooms have no windows! AC in the room cannot be adjusted. AC button does not work. So the room is very cold at 18'C. Like sleeping in a fridge.
