Overall, the hotel is good, but parking is an issue as we have to pay each time we drive out. If we drive out 5 times, we have to pay 5 times.

Dear hotel management, please change your pillow and mattress because they look very old. Other than that, it's okay. Water pressure was very good and impressive.

The rooms have an iron and ironing board. Very useful as I usually stay here for convocations each year, so I don't have to ask the housekeeping department for an iron.

I always choose this hotel whenever my kids have a tournament at Stadium Titiwangsa 🧡. The variety of breakfast and dining room are also very delicious with big portions.

Room was great as usual. Just one night this time. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, cold AC (KL needs this). Breakfast was okay. My daughter loves their roti canai and dhal. Best part is their lobby now smells osmanli oud as they have opened an outlet there. Love it!
