the room given was way to far and no one bothered to tell you how to get there. the front office just was all out to keep wanting to charge u extra for everything. the so called evening is a sham a no existence. room was dark and gloomy.

The AC is centrally controlled. It can't be adjusted to the temperature we want. The central temperature is 23°C. The room is hot and stuffy. It's stuffy. Our suggestion is that the hotel room should at least be cool. It should be 18°C or 19°C. I kind of regret booking 3 nights here, I'm always so hot.

The staff is quite friendly… Check-in and check-out are also fast. Room service is also good, so far it's been a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The quality and variety of food makes it easy to choose the right meal to start the day. The most interesting thing for me, as a toddler, is that the check-in process is usually tedious, but the hotel has a playground right in front of the reception, so the kids can wait and play. There's no complaints about having to wait a while.

It was very comfortable to stay at this hotel.

I'm the one who's not happy. There are no dry tissues on the table. So I have to take the tissues from the bathroom.

Aryaduta is my favorite hotel in Medan city number 1, very beautiful, comfortable,,, and definitely highly recommended, thank you to all parties, Aryaduta is like home and family

for 1 week staying here .. everything was great .. FOOD, view n also staff was fantastic .. coincidentally during my time in Medan I only visited n I rented a motorbike .. the only thing that needs to be updated is the distance from the parking lot to the lobby itw is quite far .. because you have to climb stairs again .. and if it rains I'm sure the parking lot slope will be slippery. very dangerous .. this is the only thing that makes me worried during my stay .. thank you

Aryaduta Medan Hotel service is ok.

The room is very nice. The restaurant service is very good.

The sheets and pillows must be checked because of body odor.
