Staff are welcoming, view was nice from level 22nd.

The service wasn't that good. Yes it was the eve of new year and quite pack. but you could have handled the situation better. And The apps room should really specify which design is which

the room maid can't speak english, Conrad has billed for S$100 room deposit with my Citibank credit card. Actually when I checked out the receptionist has cancelled the transaction and she gave me the receipt Now citibank bill me for that amount.

Very satisfying hotel. Super clean rooms, friendly service, location is really very strategic, really satisfied.

The staff cannot speak English, it is difficult to communicate.
