The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is also very delicious and Muslim friendly.

Enjoyed staying at the Grand Hyatt Singapore Hotel

We are very disappointed of your service and the room is not ready on time because we have to wait at least 2 hrs for check-in and staff help us check-in quite late and even though they can’t help me to carry our luggage they said to wait for 20 mins. We helped ourselves. We are unhappy with this so much :))

I like the food but the room price is already expensive, it turns out that it doesn't include breakfast which is very disappointing.

The best service, of all the hotels in Singapore that I've stayed in, just why if you go through the website, there is no choice of rooms in the new building at the back, you can get a deluxe room in the old building, that's the only drawback.
