Best hotel while staying in the Orchard area. However, quite pricey for the same kind of hotel that I've stayed in other countries such as Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, etc.

The room is clean, but I am not able to get my connecting room although I have noted it in my booking especially I am taking infant with me.

This was a last minute, same day booking. We checked in quite late, close to midnight. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The customer before us was quite rowdy and seemed to be drunken and the female receptionist handled him with a lot of grace and patience. Bravo! Hilton is a strategic choice for those keen to spend the day mall crawling down Orchard Road.
