Best hotel with close distance from Orchard area

Nice and great place... and even I got an upgraded room. Hopefully next time I will get an upgrade too.

While the Wi-Fi connectivity was a minor point of contention, this remains one of the more impressive properties along Orchard Road. The overall experience far outweighed that small technicality, and I certainly intend to return.👍

There is no drinking water in the room, and there is no shower in the toilet.

Always stay here when I go to Batam

I stayed here for 3 days during my visit to Singapore. In terms of location, this hotel is very strategic, close to various restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is not well-maintained. Starting from the hotel slippers that smelled terrible, to the bathroom tissue that also had an unpleasant odor. It was really frustrating. Not only that, the hotel room itself is too cramped, especially the bathroom. They forced a small bathtub into the space, which is unnecessary and only makes the bathroom feel even more cramped. Moreover, they don’t provide mineral water. Instead, they only provide empty bottles that we have to fill with tap water to drink, which is absolutely inappropriate for a five-star hotel standard. Additionally, the hotel staff is not very friendly; only a few of them are welcoming and smile, while the rest are rude and unfriendly. The only thing I enjoyed during my stay here was the breakfast. Almost all the food tasted good, and the menu was quite varied.

The hotel location is good with good surrounding. The distance to Orchard MRT station is quite far, walking 15-20 minutes, but very close to the bus stop. To Changi Airport, you can take bus number 36 for only 2 dollars. Clean hotel, friendly staff, room with comfortable space, can express check out. Thank you Orchard Hotel, see you again!

The hotel staff is very helpful if we need anything. The distance to Orchard Road is quite far if you walk, about 500 meters but there is a bus stop nearby, so you can take the bus if you don't feel like walking.
