Basically, this is really great accommodation, it doesn't disappoint.

The place is great, the service is top-notch, guaranteed not to disappoint. Just bring your suitcase from home and cooking ingredients. There's only one drawback: the AC isn't cold enough. The two times I've stayed here, I've always had AC that wasn't cold enough, but this place is top-notch and never disappoints. Thank you Somerset for the service and facilities.

I went there for a family vacation. The staff were nice. Although something went wrong with the aircon, the staff were really helpful since they couldn't repair it. They gave me another room which was nicer than before and gave me extra time for check out. The breakfast was okay, they have a kids corner and a crab plate which made my child's tears fade away 😆. The pool was great, my child loved it. It was a nice short trip for our family. Thank you

Stay 3d2n, the parking area requires a 150m round trip from the lobby, suitable for those who are chasing a 2000 target but not friendly for lazy teams, so when you are in the lobby to check in, make sure you don't leave anything in the car. When checking in, there was a delay but it was still reasonable because the high-season room was ready at 14:45, I personally have a tolerance of 1 hour. The condition of the room is still okay and comfortable even though for some people this apartment has been established for a long time. All facilities work well, AC, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, bathroom and water heater, bathtub is also clean, washing machine, microwave, stove all work well. What I like is the fast elevator because there are some hotels whose elevators are very slow, the elevator at Somerset Berlian is spacious, the AC is cold, and fast, it is a great elevator made by Mitsubishi. And what is impressive is how Somerset has a reliable SOP in handling orders such as gofood or Astro, orders are received by security and brought to the reception, as long as when placing an order don't forget to mention the unit number. All frontliners are in accordance with STD. The point is, staying here is still worth it.

It was a pleasant stay in a 2 BR with complete facilities and a great view from high floor. One thing needs improvement, that is the guest capacity for the restaurant especially during weekend because it was difficult to get a table for breakfast and people tend to sit for a long time.

The 3-bedroom apartment is very spacious, clean, and fully equipped. A few suggestions: the TV in the living room has lines on the screen; please fix this. Extra pillows in the master bedroom would be great, as the elderly (grandparents) need more. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
