The room is outdated, and the bathroom looks dirty with old tiles and numerous leaks from the faucets. The TV is old and the picture is blurry. Strategic location near the Bali Mandara toll road exit.

The room phone was faulty, and the check-in staff gave me the room and failed to give me the Wi-Fi access. The staff is complacent and not customer-oriented. It's blatantly giving a room to clients that has flaws, and it's deliberately done. So pathetic.

I just checked in on the 6th and then just a few minutes after checking in I immediately checked out because the room smelled, the toilet was dirty, there was leftover food in the refrigerator, the spray that was installed was torn and full of holes, basically the worst hotel ever. It's better not to stay here. Don't be influenced by the cheap price.
