The hotel staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. The food is varied, including Palu and Makassar specialties. I happened to take a deluxe room with a view of Palu Bay, the south side with a beach view, and the city of Palu.

I was about to complain because I could not access the TV programs, but I was won over by the hospitality of the staff. They offered me a complimentary breakfast as compensation. Overall, keep it up, guys, and make it even better. I feel blessed to have enjoyed the service. I loved the view during breakfast and the food was okay, but when you serve with heart, you will definitely win customers.

Someone entrusted me with an item that didn't arrive and was handed over to someone else with the same name. The name listed on the receptionist's list said there was no guest by that name, even though their ID card had been copied.

The wait for check-in was extremely long. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we waited until 4:30 PM. Please improve the management, as Swiss Bell Hotel is a well-known hotel. Thank you.

We had a truly memorable stay at the Deluxe Villa. It's strategically located with easy access and a peaceful environment. The staff was very friendly and the check-in/out process was very efficient. The Wi-Fi was excellent, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
