Pros - Nice, spacious room with free (and proper coffee) with yummy snacks throughout the day. Very friendly service at reception. Strong water pressure for shower. Comfortable bed, pillows of right balance, not too hard nor soft for me. Need improvement - the bathroom will 100% be flooded as water will definitely seep out from the shower area no matter how gentle you bathe. Also, the pillow cases had a musty smell. I was too lazy to ask for replacement at 11:30pm at night. Initially, I thought the smell came from the carpet; however, I soon discovered it was from the pillowcases. Forgot to inform reception when we checked out as we were rushing. Curtains are the thin type; however, even though the windows are tinted, if you need your room to be fully blacked out, you might want to consider this point. Location - it's a 10-15mins walk from Paragon/Lucky Plaza on some incline up the road in Singapore's sweltering heat and humidity. Otherwise, it's relatively central. Note: Thanks for welcome card. Friendly staff and there's a nice snacks and drinks corner at the lobby. Room with bathtub is great. Only issue is the distance to town and can be quite a far walk from the MRT.

Staffs are all very kind and helpful, very eager to help. The morning buffet is also very healthy and delicious, and I especially like the very energetic staff that’s overseeing the buffet area. Best hotel experience I’ve ever had, thank you for having me and my girlfriend! (and also, the hotel is very eco-friendly)

A stay at the Quincy Hotel is highly recommended, especially if traveling with young children. The staff was very friendly, especially Anex, who played wonderfully with my child.

Amazing staff and great room size. A bit of a walk to Orchard Street, but can access easier through Paragon Mall. Will definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable hotel close to Mount E Hospital and Paragon Mall. The rooms are very spacious for a hotel in Singapore, and the king-sized bed is also extra spacious. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing in terms of menu variety and taste.

There was no bellboy. We had to carry our own luggage. Maybe it was the end of year holiday? Because it was our first time staying here. On our last day, the bedroom floor smelled fishy. We came home late at night, so we couldn't call the cleaning service. The next day, when we checked out, we complained to the receptionist. The answer, do you know what kind of cleaning service?

This is my first time staying at Quincy hotel by Far East Hospitality, and I am amazed by the friendliness of the staff. The front office staff, Lina and her colleague, were exceptional, as was another staff member who was kind enough to deliver ice cream to my husband because he arrived late. The staff here are the best; I have never encountered such friendly service at other 4 or 5-star hotels. The room is clean and quite spacious for the price, the food is good, and another excellent experience is that breakfast is open until 3 PM. What? I am so happy! They totally understand that some people don't want to rush down for breakfast; some people really want to rest well and wake up in the afternoon without missing the food. I will definitely stay here again… 🥰

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. They provide free water, coffee, and tea at the dining area. There was a welcome ice cream too. It was walking distance to Far East Plaza, around 6 min walk.
