Good, nice, affordable hotel in Singapore. Responsive crew, near to Bugis and food hawkers. Recommended!

I’m happy to stay at Ibis Bencoolen. I will stay again on another business trip.

My stay was generally good, though the room was quite cramped, particularly the narrow gap between the bed and the TV. Be prepared for a wait at the elevators during peak times since there aren't many elevators. However, the location is strategic—it's steps away from Bencoolen and Bugis MRT stations with plenty of great dining options nearby

There are 3 lifts but the maximum capacity is not large...so you have to wait a long time

Queuing for the elevator when you want to go down in the morning is a challenge in itself because it is always full.

Convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping, near Budis for buying souvenirs.

I love to stay here because the location was strategic, near to Bugis and Rochor MRT station also my son was very happy because beside the hotel there is Sevel, where my son can buy his favorite snack and drinks
