There are 3 lifts but the maximum capacity is not large...so you have to wait a long time

Queuing for the elevator when you want to go down in the morning is a challenge in itself because it is always full.

I love to stay here because the location was strategic, near to Bugis and Rochor MRT station also my son was very happy because beside the hotel there is Sevel, where my son can buy his favorite snack and drinks

The location is not too far from the Rochor MRT station, easily accessible on foot. The room wasn't very large, but it was quite clean. It had Wi-Fi and a water refill facility. The price was also quite reasonable. My room faced the main road, and there was a bus stop in front of it. There's a 7-Eleven supermarket next to the hotel. Upon check-in, a minimum deposit of SGD 100 was requested. I was debited using a credit card, not an Open transaction. Upon checkout, I was informed that the refund would be two weeks from the date of check-out. This is what makes it complicated if the charge is actually debited.

The staff told us we could get our room at 2PM, which was already pretty late for check in. Came at 2 PM and said they needed 20 minutes more, so I asked them to let me know when it was ready. 30 minutes later I came to the desk and they said they needed more time, so i waited again. After an hour, I had to go to the front desk myself and ask for an update, to which they handed me keys to the room. We were disappointed that our case was not taken care of promptly, and required us to keep on checking on the progress.

The hotel was nice and easy to access but there is no bidet, only tissue
