The rooms are ordinary because the hotel is old, the best location, going everywhere is easy. The added value can eat 2 times the food is pretty good.

Staff at reception is helpful and kind. you do get breakfast and lunch vouchers for the stay. Hotel is very close to Pavilion and Lot 10 all those attractions. The food is nice. you have lots of choices to choose from for breakfast and lunch. from local style to western style. very good location.

This is the 5th time I have stayed at Heritage Star, this hotel has always been my choice because even though it is an old hotel with old furniture, the hotel is clean, comfortable and has friendly staff, only on my last arrival, the lunch schedule given only until 6 pm, which makes all travelers not yet at the hotel at that hour, then the average of our food ration will be forfeited, please improve this system. Because one of the things that makes a traveler choose a heritage star is because there is a breakfast and launch menu that is not normally available in other hotels.

The hotel faces the KL tower and twin towers, is clean, close to everywhere, can have breakfast and afternoon snacks.

I had a great time staying here. It's close to MRT Bukit Bintang. We got lunch set free while staying here although they only stated for breakfast when we booked. Room's cleaned everyday and there's a tap to take hot and cold water located in front of the room

Budget hotel that is okay, facilities: elevator, soap, shampoo, towels, showercap, cupboard, TV, mini fridge, chairs, table, and there is coffee sachet in the room, for a hairdryer you can borrow it at the counter, toothbrush and toothpaste, bring it yourself or buy it in the front guardian of the hotel, everywhere is very close, can get 2 meals, 07.00-10.30. 12.00.00. The breakfast menu is porridge, bread, kwetiau kuah, nasi lemak, afternoon kwetiau fried, fried rice, vegetable rice, burgers etc. The receptionist is very responsive and helpful, hot and cold drinking water is on every floor.
