During my 5 day stay in Banjarmasin, out of the several hotels I stayed at, this was the best and most comfortable one. The service from the associates was great. It would be even better if the ladies at the front desk could offer a sincere smile when welcoming guests.

The security guard/staff guarding the door was friendly. However, my receptionist was less so.

The hotel staff is friendly. The food is delicious. The service is fast. The downside: the distance from the room to the lobby is very far. And GoFood can't be placed in the lobby, so you have to walk a long way from your room to the parking lot to order GoFood. The carpet in the room seems to have not been vacuumed in a long time, as my asthma flares up whenever I'm in a hotel room.

saya memesan kamar untuk saudara saya di tanggal 18 agustus dan mendapatkan kamar 244, kamar ini ditempati oleh saudara saya dan anaknya yg msh berusia 1 tahun, di tanggal 19 agustus pagi skitar jam 6 pagi kakak saya merasa matanya perih dan menyium bau menyengat beberapa lama mencari sumber aromanya tidak ditemukan namun semakin tidak nyaman dan ditemukan berasal dr freon kulkas yg mungkin bocor, kakak saya bergegas pindah ke kamar saya di sebrangnya dan memanggil petugas hotel. diberikan blower oleh petugas hotel. namun tidak ada petugas ataupun manajemen yg menanyakan dan memastikan kondisi nya kompensasi yg diberikan jg hanya pindah kamar (yg memang seharusnya) dan tidak ada gestur menyayangkan hal tersebut terjadi. what a bad experience

The location is very strategic, the breakfast menu is varied, I stayed 4 days without getting bored with the menu, the klothok boat ride to Lok Baintan was very impressive.
