It’s great to be back! This is my third time staying here. Always amazed with the room space, ambiance, surrounding & friendly staff. I love this place & I'll definitely be back!

The room is nearby the main air conditioning compressor, making noise from 7 AM to 11 PM. Also, the room's soundproofing was poor. You can hear loud sounds even when the sliding door was closed.

Great location. Big rooms. Have a big pool, near to the beach and lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast was ok. Can improve in terms of the variety of foods.

The location is perfect. There is a pool, beach and also near to commercial areas. Rooms are bigger than usual. Will definitely come here again!

Boring, the pool is not that big, it's crowded, even if you ask for extra towels when you're full, you have to pay a fee for breakfast, the refills are slow, the food that runs out, for example, the croissants are not refilled at all, and the yogurt and fruit are also slow to refill. The staff is not friendly.

In room dining food was cold whrn it arrived. Ordered Nachos and club sandwich. Club sandwich tasted ok. The cheese on the nachos was already hard when it arrived in the room. The room floor feels sandy. The bathroom water drain was very slow which leads to water ponding when taking shower.

The staff at the counter are friendly, easy to deal with. If you complain about something broken in the room, they come and fix it right away. The hotel atmosphere is quiet, not too noisy.

The room is large, clean and comfortable. I am satisfied sleeping next to you.

CRAZY BEAUTIFUL VIEW, REALLY LIKE IT. SPACIOUS ROOM ROOM FACILITIES ARE JUST ORDINARY, THERE IS NO DRESSING TABLE, OR THERE IS NO MAKE UP ON THE TABLE. BED IS JUST ORDINARY FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL. S

Everything is in place, basically it's a hotel but you can't expect a 5-star experience. There's even teambuilding facilities but not for guests. The tiles are old and can be heard moving.

I have a problem in getting a room, I booked a room that cannot be canceled and cannot be rescheduled... when I went to the hotel counter, customer service said, My room is not available.. I'd not find it... I even called traveloka Unable, busy, no one picked up.. After 20 minutes, the hotel staff said, I have changed the date to June 2... whereas, the room I booked cannot be rescheduled & I have never changed the date. I don't know who is at fault here, is it from the traveloka or the hotel... My first experience was very sad. I had to wait for almost 1 hour. There were no problems with the hotels before...

the mattress is old and should be replaced, the TV is about to break down, there are not many TV channels and it's boring, the bathroom and toilet are not cleaned perfectly
