Ac hotel is top notch in terms of customer care. I was more than comfortable here during my stay. The breakfast was good and the location is great. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to Queensbay mall and back. Grab car service is regular so I could get around Penang conveniently. Wishing them the very best!

Strategic location close to the airport. The service is also very good. With a relatively cheap price, it is highly recommended for traveling with family.

The distance from Penang airport is only 15 minutes. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom amenities are also very good, especially with sustainable. The breakfast is delicious although not too varied.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The facilities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. However, I noticed a limited presence of local staff, which I believe could enhance the guest experience even further. Employing more local staff could add a unique cultural touch and provide guests with authentic insights into the local area. This approach would also contribute to supporting the community. I highly recommend the hotel consider this for an even more enriching experience. Overall, a fantastic stay—thank you!”.

Hotel new and very clean. Staff very friendly. Room very clean and cool. Breakfast generous and everyday menu different, everything was delicious. Sure will stay here again when come back to Penang.

The room is very spacious and can accommodate 3 people because there is a long sofa provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you want to stay close to the airport and Queenbay Mall, it is very suitable. Only a 10 minute journey around Rm 7/9 by Grap.
