The room phone was broken and couldn't be reached. I had to go down to the lobby to find out if the soap was out of stock. The towels smelled bad and were dirty, no longer worthy of a 4-star hotel. The TV channels were broken and there was no in-room entertainment. It was a very uncomfortable stay at the Golden Flower Hotel.

The hotel staff are friendly, the service is also good, unfortunately the room is not good, the carpet is dusty, the TV is bad, the bathroom is full of rust, the facial tissue smells really bad.

The hotel staff was friendly and very pleasant, thank you Ms. Juliana for helping us so much. The breakfast menu was quite delicious and very varied, but unfortunately, many of the room facilities were damaged. For example, the shower faucet was broken, the dressing table, the kettle, the door, the minibar were missing, and the floor mats needed replacing. The AC was very cold.

This hotel offers excellent service and is located right in the city center. It's just a short walk to Braga or the town square. The food was excellent, and the flavors were perfect for our taste buds. Next time we're in Bandung, we'll definitely be back!

The location is strategic, the staff is friendly and helpful. Early check-in wasn't possible, but we got a free room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Stayed on a weekday, but it was quite crowded, with many bringing families. It wasn't terrible, but the rooms weren't soundproof. A suggestion might be to improve the gym equipment. Overall, it's recommended.
